M.O.V.E. Bootcamp returns this Saturday

Health and wellness event at Lewis Place is free and open to the public

The beginning of fall semester brings with it the return of Miami University’s popular M.O.V.E. Bootcamp series.

The latest edition of the health and wellness event is 10 a.m. Saturday at Lewis Place. Miami President Gregory Crawford and University Ambassador Dr. Renate Crawford launched the bootcamps as a way to focus on both physical and mental health.

The bootcamps are free and open to the public, and all participants receive a T-shirt from the Crawford Collection. While the bootcamps started with a handful of attendees, they have flourished over the years with repeat participants as well as new faces.

The fall 2026 bootcamp waiver is available online.

Established in 1809, Miami University is located in Oxford, Ohio, with regional campuses in Hamilton and Middletown, a learning center in West Chester, and a European study center in Luxembourg.
