Mr. William (Bill) Faulkner

Biography

William Faulkner is the Recruiting Operations Officer for Xavier and Miami University’s Army ROTC program, where he manages recruiting, enrollment, and scholarship administration for cadets across Xavier and its partner universities.

A U.S. Army veteran with more than two decades of service, Mr. Faulkner held key leadership positions including Detail Recruiter, Senior Scout, Bradley Master Gunner, and Platoon Sergeant. His military career focused on training management, personnel development, and operational readiness, providing him with extensive experience in mentoring and developing future leaders.

Mr. Faulkner holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati and is a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR). He remains committed to the Army’s mission of building competent, confident leaders through education, discipline, and service.
