Allen Toepfer is an experienced military professional and educator with extensive experience as an Assistant Professor of Military Science (APMS) and as a military contractor supporting Army ROTC programs. In his role as APMS, Toepfer has been responsible for instructing and mentoring cadets in leadership, military tactics, and professional development, guiding future officers through the challenges of Army ROTC coursework, leadership labs, and field training exercises. He has played a key role in curriculum development, integrating real-world military experience with academic instruction to prepare cadets for active-duty service.
