Eric Manning
Assistant Teaching Professor
Dr. Eric Manning is an Adjunct Professor for the Physician Associate Studies Program. After graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Findlay in 2018 and his year as a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, Dr. Manning began working as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist at Kettering Health Hamilton. He has also become a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). His experiences have included Internal Medicine, Ambulatory Care, Oncology, Pediatrics, Critical Care, and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Manning currently works as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist, working directly alongside providers to optimize medication therapy for a wide variety of patients. He has a passion for teaching and has been precepting pharmacy students for several years. He aims to equip the PA students with the skills and knowledge to become excellent medication stewards, by understanding and gaining confidence in the complexities of pharmacotherapy through evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Manning is very excited to work alongside a skilled group of practitioners to educate the next generation of PA students.
