Ashleigh Dubois
Biography
Ashleigh Dubois, M.H.E., is a Cincinnati native who attended Miami University of Ohio for undergrad, completing her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies with a minor in Criminology.
Ashleigh’s first job after college was her move to Guangzhou, China to work for Lion King International. Upon her arrival back to the US, she moved to Rochester, New York where she obtained a Masters in Higher Education. She then spent time working in higher education at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio as the Asst. Director for Diversity, and Inclusion. Leaving Ohio for Texas, Ashleigh would then serve as the Assistant Director of the Academic Advising center at the in University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Northeast Lakeview College in San Antonio, respectively. Most recently, she worked for Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services (NKCES) as both a project director and its appointed DEI coordinator. Rounding out this journey led her to take on the founding Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion role at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, Ashleigh serves as Regional Community Engagement Manager for Skanska USA.
Boards Ashleigh serves on are LINK NKY Editorial Board, Learning Grove Board, Leading Change Collective Board, Cincinnati Youth Collaborative Board, FIESTA NKY Board and most recently a advisory board member to the College of Health, Education and Society at Miami University.
A scripture Ashleigh loves is, Ecclesiastes 3:1, “to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.”
