Biography
Jacob Hacker, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is a U.S. Army Physical Therapist and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy based in Lawton, Oklahoma. He currently serves as the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Injury Control Director.
A former U.S. Marine and graduate with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health, Dr. Hacker began his leadership path in higher education as a Resident Assistant in Oxford, Ohio, where he mentored first-year students. He subsequently earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree through the joint Army-Baylor University program. Over more than six years of service in the U.S. Army, Dr. Hacker has directed rehabilitation services for thousands of service members domestically and abroad, combining clinical orthopaedic expertise with performance conditioning principles.
