Biography
Brooke Butterick earned her Ph.D. in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from Arizona State University under the mentorship of Dr. Jason Siegler. Her expertise includes gut barrier integrity, nutritional interventions, exercise physiology, heat tolerance, and thermoregulation. She is an experienced researcher, educator, and Registered Dietitian with a record of publications, grant writing, teaching, and service. She is dedicated to advancing knowledge through research, promotion of evidence-based practice, and mentoring the next generation of nutrition professionals.

- Conduct research on nutritional strategies to mitigate heat stress, exercise tolerance, and support gut barrier function
