Research Interests
Employee engagement and well-being through formalized and non-formal physical activity interventions; linkages between movement, productivity, and organizational outcomes. Focus on engagement as a driver of performance improvements at both the individual and organizational levels. Current collaborations explore the intersection of engagement and mental toughness to support athletes, practitioners, and healthcare leaders in advancing performance and navigating challenges.
