Sydnie is a two-time Miami alumna from Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education in 2022 and a Master's in Transformative Education in 2024. Passionate about supporting and empowering others, Sydnie recently joined the TEACh Cincinnati team as the Campus-Based Coordinator. TEACh Cincinnati is a pipeline program focused on addressing the demographic mismatch in the classroom, combating the national teacher shortage, and shaping Miami students into transformative educators within Cincinnati Public Schools. In her role, she serves as the primary point of contact for all TEACh students, offering personalized support to ensure their academic and social success. Through regular one-on-one meetings and course sessions, Sydnie works closely with each student to navigate their educational journey, fostering an environment where they can thrive both personally and professionally.
