Michelle Baker

Biography

Michelle is a current undergraduate student at Miami University (Class of 2027) studying biology and environmental science. A dedicated conservationist with a passion for communicating ecological science to broad audiences, she currently works with a variety of publishers in the Cincinnati Tri-State Area to advance her career goals of science communication and community education.

In addition to her career goals, Michelle serves as the president of the Miami University Audubon Society and serves on the Conservation Committee of the Ohio Ornithological Society, working through both organizations to implement conservation practices into communities. Outside of school and work, Michelle enjoys hiking, birding, and wildlife photography as well as going on adventures with her family and friends.
