Biography
Nichole L. Nageotte is a Community Research and Evaluation Manager at Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance. Nichole started her zoo career as a teen volunteer and has since worked as a zookeeper, educator, and researcher. She earned her doctorate in curriculum and instruction with a focus on science education through Indiana University. Her dissertation examined conservation behaviors of zoo visitors in order to understand their readiness to take action. Her research interests include conservation education, human-wildlife interactions, and connections with nature.
