Broken links in your Course Navigation can confuse students. They could be led to the wrong area of the site at the wrong time. Repairing these links is a simple process outlined below.

Steps outlined:

  1. Navigate to Home Page
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll to the button that has a broken link
  4. Click the button
  5. On the right-hand side, locate the Module or Page where the button should link to
  6. Click the link
  7. The button will appear yellow, which indicates that the button is linked
  8. Click Save
  9. Test the button by clicking on it to make sure it links to the correct location
