Why Miami University?

Miami has been one of the best experiences in my life. I started the ECA program as just a baby high schooler, and [in May 2026], I got an associate degree. There were no other schools that could catch my eye.

How did you choose your major?

I’ve always known I wanted to save lives, I didn’t know how but I knew. So learning about the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program changed everything.

What are your plans for after you graduate from Miami?

I want to continue after my bachelor's and get my Nurse Practitioner, hopefully through Miami.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about your Miami experience that we didn't cover?

ECA is the best thing that has happened to me, it changed my life. Brian George is one of the greatest humans alive, this program is amazing and a blessing. It will continue to shape our generations, I will forever be an advocate for it.

Has Miami provided you with opportunities to engage in research, partnerships, or experiences that shaped your way of thinking?

Yes! I have become more educated in politics, which is such an amazing thing!

Have you used what you learned in different subjects to solve a problem or come up with a new idea?

Yes, daily at my job. I always run into something with my patients.
