To enhance your booking experience, The Marcum Hotel offers a convenient six-month advance booking option, available both on our website and over the phone. For instance, if you're looking to stay with us in June 2025, you can start making your reservations starting January 1, 2025.

Our peak times include Family Weekend and Commencement, Fraternity and Sorority Mom & Dad's Weekends, Make It Miami,  Alumni Weekend, and Fall Orientation. During summer months, availability may be limited due to conferences, workshops, and tournaments. In these instances, our waitlist comes into play. Although joining the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation, it provides an opportunity to secure a room when cancellations occur or blocks of rooms are released.

Since the waitlist is time-sensitive, notifications can come at any moment. Be prepared to make a quick decision to either confirm or pass on the reservation.
