Biomedical Engineering at Miami
"The coolest thing about learning Biomedical Engineering at Miami is being able to learn not only from professors but also professionals in the field. There are a lot of classes that are taught by clinical engineers, regulatory affairs people and getting that insight about real life experiences has been really beneficial."
Unique experiences
"One of the most unique experiences I've had at Miami was through the Career Center, where they took us to visit a bunch of different companies where Miami alum currently work, and we were able to visit the C-suite of a certain company. It was just amazing to see how far people who were once sitting in the same classes that I am right now have gone in life, and it's just really inspiring to see what comes in life after Miami."
Personal growth
"Miami has taught me a lot about finding out who I am, and I've grown through these various experiences. I've learned to put myself outside of my comfort zone and find comfort in the discomfort. I think that a lot of the valuable experiences at Miami require you to branch out a little bit and after three, four years here, I feel ready for the various things that the real world might throw at me."
