The Center for Analytics and Data Science is a hub on Miami's campus where students, faculty and corporate sponsors can all collaborate, educate and innovate. Here we are focused on turning data into insights and insights into actions.
What We Do
CADS aspires to serve as the hub for all-things-analytics at Miami University.
Educate:
CADS offers co-curricular workshops for students to expand their analytical skills set. Programs are focused on quantitative skills development for the workforce.
Innovate:
CADS hosts a yearly event called DataFest, which is a student-facing event involving a weekend-long hackathon.
