Cincinnati Public Schools grapples with a shortage of approximately 80 educators at the start of the school year, prompting the district to address the issue through an innovative initiative. The TEACh Cincinnati program, in collaboration with Miami University, recruits high school students aspiring to become teachers. These students receive college credit, financial support, and preferred hiring status upon graduation, aiming to build a sustainable pipeline for future educators.
