Their cross-divisional research, titled "Enhancing Success: A Comparative Analysis of First-Year Underrepresented Students in the Ryan and Grainger Scholar Program at Miami University," aims to develop an evidence-based model to predict and enhance the academic success of first-year, underrepresented, low-income, and first-generation students.
