Miami University alumnus Dr. Edward J. Leach, M.Ed. ’88, was recognized with the inaugural Pathways to Possibility Partnership Award from National University at the 2024 NISOD Conference. The award honors Leach’s 35-year career dedicated to excellence in teaching, learning, and leadership, including his service as executive director of the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD). A first-generation college student, Leach was celebrated as a visionary leader and role model in higher education.
