Dompreh presents on interdependence and student success at GLACUHO conference

Bennett Dompreh, a second-year master’s student in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program, presented at the 2025 Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers conference in Dayton, Ohio. His session, “The Power of We: Critical perspective of interdependence and student success,” highlighted the importance of moving from independence to interdependence in student affairs work. Dompreh used intersectionality as a guiding framework and emphasized that “the true ‘Power of We’ lives in how we care, collaborate, and co-create change together.”
