Celebrate Heart Month, Redhawks go red for health.It is never too early for heart health! Join Miami Benefits & Wellness and the American Heart Association as we raise awareness for cardiovascular disease prevention on our campus and in our community. Join us for any of the following events and together we can help keep hearts beating!

Wear Red & Donate

American Heart Association's National Wear Red Day is on Friday, February 2. Support heart disease and stroke prevention in women by wearing red on this day, or any day in February, and donating online.

Exercise Your Heart

  • M.O.V.E. Boot Camp: February 3 at The Knolls of Oxford.
  • Team Miami Plus: February 12 begins a fun walk or jog 5K, 10-week training program open to all. Registration links are on the Fitness 4 Life webpage.
  • AHA Heart Mini Walk/Run: March 18, join the Miami RedHawks team.
  • Fitness 4 Life: Visit for free classes and workshops throughout February.

Blood Pressure Check
