Miami has leased a grouping of off-campus apartments at The Commons (610 Oxford Commons, Oxford, OH 45056), which will be used as additional University Housing. Miami University Residence Life staff will live on site, and all Miami-leased apartments will include convenient billing through the Bursar account.
Returning students who are interested in this option will be able to select spaces during online general room selection! GPA and student conduct history will be reviewed as eligibility to live at The Commons.
This location is considered University Housing, which means our residents will be held to the same policies and procedures as Heritage Commons. Students who choose this option will continue to have a housing contract with Miami. Similar to Heritage Commons, meal plans are optional for our residents at The Commons. Many apartment residents choose to use a convenient Miami Express Meal Plan each semester.
The Commons features fully-furnished apartments with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer units. We have 4-bed/2-bath apartments, 2-bed/2-bath apartments, as well as 2-bed/2-bath townhome style apartments available! The complex also features a large outdoor pool, a fitness area, and more.
