Bailey Mincer

Bailey Mincer is a 2019 graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship. While at Miami, she was president of the Women’s Club Lacrosse Team and a member of Phi Mu.

Bailey is the Art Director for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rock Entertainment Group, overseeing visual direction for marketing campaigns across the organization’s portfolio, including the Cavaliers (NBA), Cleveland's WNBA team launching in 2028, Cleveland Monsters (AHL), Cleveland Charge (NBA G League), Rocket Arena, and more. Her work spans social media, advertising, branding initiatives, and other creative platforms. She leads a team of designers to craft engaging visual identities tailored to each property and is passionate about empowering emerging creatives in the sports and entertainment industry.

Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Bailey has now found a home in Cleveland, Ohio.
