Biography
Tiffany Lombardo, M.A., LISW-S, LICDC-CS, is passionate about working with the most vulnerable populations, focusing on developing partnerships and collaborations to improve behavioral health systems. This passion has led Ms. Lombardo to support organizations and systems in finding improvements and enhancements to serve those in need better. Ms. Lombardo has worked across multiple systems within Southwest Ohio and nationally to direct change in behavioral health systems' response. Ms. Lombardo served as one of the lead authors on SAMHSA’s 2025 National Guidelines for a Behavioral Health Coordinated System of Crisis Care and the 2025 Model Definitions for Behavioral Health Emergency, Crisis, and Crisis-Related Services, released in January 2025 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Lombardo previously served on the National Association of Social Workers-Ohio Chapter Board for 5 years, including 2 years as President. Her passion for social work and serving communities has incorporated micro, mezzo, and macro social work practice. When not working to further social work and the profession of social work, Ms. Lombardo enjoys traveling, spending time at home with her family (including her husband and two dogs, Enzo and River), and cheering for FC Cincinnati and Formula 1.
