“Why Miami?”
“I choose Miami because of resources and technology that were not offered at the other schools I toured. The faculty demonstrate a passion for increasing accessibility to high quality care to all communities, with an emphasis on rural demographics. Doing do so requires equipping students with the knowledge and tools to holistically care for their patients, including the use of advanced technologies such as ultrasound. I feel this is a unique skill set that I will be able to utilize to best provide care to my future patients. The staff at Miami are also very friendly and excited to engage in an educational relationship with their students".
