Earn a Miami University degree debt free!

Work+ helps students earn an associate or bachelor's degree while working part-time and getting their tuition paid. Students work approximately 24 hours per week with a Work+ employer and take classes in a major of their choice.

Work+ Student Benefits

Get Started as a Work+ Student

Work Part-Time

Commit to work for a Work+ employer for at least one year and earn an hourly wage paid directly to you for each hour worked for your employer.

Take Classes

Choose any major at Miami Regionals and earn a bachelor's or associate degree.

Graduate Debt Free

Tuition and general fees are paid for by the employer for fall and spring semesters.

You learn a lot in the classroom, but you are not doing direct patient care. With my hands-on experience at Community First, I feel more confident about interacting with patients. I have those communication skills now.
