I am a first-year at Miami University Regionals! My major is Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, and I’m currently halfway to my associate degree with a few courses for my bachelor’s degree. Eventually, however, Miami is opening a completely online master’s degree for my major, so I will most likely be staying to receive my master's! During high school, I took quite a lot of CCP courses during my Junior and Senior years through Cincinnati State, and so most of my credits for my Miami Plan and my less technical courses were completed through there. It made it super easy to go straight into my engineering courses and made transitioning super easy, workload-wise! The reason I chose Miami Regionals was mainly due to the Engineering Technology pathways, how affordable it was for me, especially with scholarships, and how close and local the regionals campus was to me without having to stay on campus!
