Fatima Emlemdi
Dr. Fatima Emlemdi is the success coach for the ECA students with a decade-long at Miami University as an adjunct faculty member and a visiting assistant professor, working with the Center of American and World Cultures at the Oxford campus.
Fatima is a devoted mother, who embodies a diverse range of roles including educator, teacher, coach, community servant, and unwavering champion for underrepresented students.
Through her active engagement with various organizations and programs at Miami University, Fatima tirelessly raises awareness about the challenges faced by underrepresented students within the campus community. Her commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding has made her an indispensable asset to the university's mission of equity.
Fatima has a true passion for guiding Higher Ed students on their journeys. Her dedication extends to every facet of their development—academic, social, emotional, and personal. She aspires to cultivate a dynamic learning community that facilitates growth within a positive, empowering, and enjoyable atmosphere.
In her current role as a success coach at Miami Regionals, Fatima is profoundly fulfilled. She passionately supports, mentors, and advocates for high school juniors and seniors in the ECA program. Her mission is to empower these students to simultaneously earn their associate degrees and high school diplomas, paving the way for their bright futures.
