Soon, the Workday implementation team will be releasing the demo for the next topic in our Workday demo series: Advising Tools!
This self-paced, interactive demo covers core concepts, including:
- Navigating the Advising Dashboard
- Exploring and Interpreting Student Profiles
- Managing Student Cohorts for Advising and Reporting
- Understanding Programs of Study
- Gaining Insight into Academic Plans and Academic Progress Reports (APRs)
Throughout the demo, you’ll receive an overview of essential functionality, learn key terminology, and practice completing common workflows and tasks in a simulated version of Miami’s Workday environment.
The demo will be available starting April 8. At that time, you will be able to access it via Workday Learning. If you are someone who supports and advises students, this demo is relevant to you. Assistant Deans and Academic Advisors are strongly encouraged to review the contents of the demo.
The team will host an "Ask the Expert" session on April 24. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered directly by subject matter experts.
