Curriculum Management

The Office of the University Registrar, in consultation with the Office of the Provost, shall provide consultation and advising prior to and during the course and curriculum approval process in order to assist the University in utilizing the structure and options of all functional capabilities to the fullest.

Tracking the course and curriculum approval process is also the responsibility of the Office of the University Registrar. Divisions will report approval of new courses, changes to courses, new curriculum, or changes to existing curriculum to the Office of the University Registrar (via the appropriate approval form), whereupon the Office of the University Registrar will report these approvals to the Office of the Provost.

The Office of the University Registrar will provide a permanent repository for all curricular and course approvals.
