Additional Locations

Miami University has several additional locations for offering particular academic programs.  All of these locations have been approved by the Higher Learning Commission.

A description of the locations is below:

Coldwater High School

Address: 310 N. 2nd St.; Coldwater, Ohio 45028

Academic Programs Offered at this Location: Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Leadership

Instructional Facilities Description:  Coldwater High School was built in 1969.  The first floor classroom where Miami University holds classes is 30 X 22 feet.  Restrooms are located within easy access of the room.  Classroom furniture consists of moveable tables and wheeled chairs.  The room also has internet capacity and a video projector.

Dublin City Schools

Academic Programs Offered at this Location: Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Leadership

Instructional Facilities Description: Dublin Coffman High School was built in the 1970s but the A building, which includes the media center where Miami holds classes, was built in the 1990s. Renovations to the area was accomplished in the 2009-10 school year.   The media center is divided into two areas.  The one used by Miami is about 40 x 30.  It provides internet access, about 15 computers, library tables, chairs and access to a printer and smart board.  Rest rooms are adjacent to the rooms. 

Greentree Health Science Academy

Academic Programs/Courses Offered at this Location: Nursing courses (BSN classesRN to BSN classes), and Miami Plan Foundation courses

Instructional Facilities Description: This facility provides a student commons (745 sq ft.) three faculty offices (97 sq. ft), storage facilities, computer lab (1,110 sq ft), SIM lab (277 sq ft), and a classroom (975 sq ft).

Upper Arlington Board of Education

Academic Programs Offered at this Location: Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in the Department of Educational Leadership (EDL)

Instructional Facilities Description: The instructional facility is located on the lower level of the Upper Arlington Board Office.  The facility has one large meeting room, approximately 30 X 30 feet with easy access to restrooms.  The room comes equipped with internet access, twenty tables on wheels, 40 chairs, and a video projector.
