The Ohio State Employment Relations Board (SERB) officially certified the results of the Tenure / Tenure-track and TCPL Faculty union election which recognizes FAM / AAUP - AFT as the exclusive representative of all employees in the bargaining unit. Now that the outcome of the election has been certified, representatives from Miami University and FAM / AAUP - AFT may now begin the collective bargaining process.
