The site aims to provide faculty and staff with information about what’s happening, what to expect next, and how collective bargaining negotiations might affect Miami’s faculty, staff, and their work.
The administration is committed to bargaining in good faith with both union groups and meeting its legal requirements. Bargaining happens at the table, and the University must communicate its positions and proposals to the union before sharing them with the broader University community. Accordingly, relevant information and updates will be available on the website after negotiations sessions.
