Three-Year Pathways

Students entering Miami University with substantial college credits have the opportunity to complete their bachelor's degree in as few as three years. Among other ways, these credits may have been earned through AP or IB exams, community or technical college or summer school.

Miami has several opportunities for students of exceptional academic achievement. In addition to our Honors College, we offer the Presidential Fellows program to reward and challenge our brightest minds. Intensive research, one-on-one mentoring and inter-disciplinary study all await our Honors students.

Each year, more than 1,500 Miami students earn credits, expand their world views and make memories to last a lifetime through international study. Live and learn in the center of a new culture at our Luxembourg campus! Or, experience one of our short-term workshops, exchanges, or direct enrollment with partner universities in Europe, Asia, and beyond.

It doesn't matter if your passion is art, music, public service, biology, or psychology, we have a research program that will work for you.

Earn a Graduate Degree

Become a master of your field. Graduate programs allow you to dive even deeper into your chosen field with independent and collaborative research, high-level courses and immersive, experiential learning that builds upon what you attained with your bachelor's degree.

Continuing Education

Our Global Initiatives maintain a variety of credit and non-credit programs to make the traditional Miami experience accessible for learners of all ages, such as ed2go and the Institute for Learning in Retirement. Attend classes on one of our four campuses, or learn wherever you are at any stage of life through Miami Online.
