Three-Year Pathways
Take a shortcut to professional success. With careful planning and 30 or more hours of college credits earned before your first year, you can graduate with a bachelors degree in just three years.
Accepted Course Credits
If you are interested in pursuing our Three-Year Pathway, please meet with your academic advisor regularly to discuss coursework and academic planning. This will help ensure timely completion of all requirements. Pre-undergraduate course credits may be earned from one or more of the following programs.
- Credit earned through successful examination in the following exams: Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
- Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program (PSEOP) or Dual Enrollment
- Credit earned at community colleges or technical schools
- Credit earned through military training programs and coursework
- Summer coursework
Students wishing to earn advanced degrees are able to pursue a bachelor's and master's degree simultaneously through the combined bachelors-masters program. You can declare your interest in the combined program at any time during your academic career at Miami. There are currently 22 master's programs offered in this combined format.
