Miami University partners with regional and national organizations to expand college access, reduce financial barriers, and champion success.
Miami University welcomes partnerships with community-based organizations that support students on their path to college. Whether you're interested in bringing a group of students to campus, collaborating to create a partnership, or staying connected with our admissions team, we invite you to get involved.
Investing in a college education opens doors to careers that aren’t available to those without a college degree. The organizations, scholarships, and other funding opportunities listed below can help make your dream a reality.
College Credit Plus (CCP) is an opportunity for Ohio high school students to simultaneously earn both college and high school credit prior to high school graduation.
The Bridges Program provides high school seniors with an inside look at Miami through a variety of campus experiences where they engage with current students, faculty, and staff. We invite first-generation college students and students with demonstrated financial need to apply.
Students who complete the program and enroll at Miami as first-year college students earn a Bridges scholarship, which last year ranged from $2,500 to $5,000 annually.
Contact the Bridges Program by email at admission@MiamiOH.edu or by phone at 513-529-2531.
This immersive, on-campus Summer Scholars experience allows high-achieving high school students to learn in a college setting, engaging in hands-on academic activities that prepare them for college and future success. Tailored for rising juniors and seniors, this summer program is built for active learners with a keen interest in attending Miami University as undergraduates. They dive deeply into academic dialogues and build friendships with fellow students while living in student residence halls and participating in campus-life activities.
Participants gain valuable insight into the college admissions process, and when they apply to be first-year college students at Miami, they receive priority consideration for admission, scholarships, and selective programs.
Contact the Summer Scholars Program by email at SummerScholars@MiamiOH.edu or by phone at 513-529-2531.
