Extra Camp Details

All campers are divided into groups based on 1) Test Levels Passed, 2) Jumps Landed, and 3) Age. All campers must complete these required fields during the registration process to ensure we are placing all campers in the correct groups.

Roommate requests are also part of the registration process. If two skaters wish to be roommates, they must EACH request the other skater on their registrations. If no roommate request is designated or if BOTH skaters do not request each other, our staff will place the skater(s) with a roommate.

All final room assignments are determined at the discretion of the camp director. All rooming assignments are based on the double occupancy as provided by the university. Triple roommate requests are not accepted but may need to occur due to university needs and cannot be requested by campers.

Private Lessons

A team of qualified coaches leads Private Lessons. Lessons are available in all disciplines, including freestyle, ice dance, moves in the field, and choreography during freestyle sessions. Private Lesson costs are separate from the “Camp Fees.” Information will be provided via email in May/June and requests must be returned by the stated deadline.

Refund Policy

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit for each week of camp with the balance due by May 31, 2024. Full refunds (minus non-refundable fees) may be granted for a medical or summer school reason and the following requirements are met: (1) Medical Refund—Request is made in writing to the Skating School Director prior to the start of camp and a written statement from a doctor is presented; (2) Summer School—Request is made in writing to the Skating School Director prior to June 15, 2024, and a written statement from the school Principal is presented.
