Soloist Audition and Practice Ice

Audition Date:

Wednesday, March 17, 2027: 7-8:30 p.m.

We invite all college skaters at the Juvenile (Bronze) FS level and above to audition for a featured solo or group performance in our production. College skaters must also be part of a group performance to audition.

All community skaters having passed Juvenile (Bronze) Singles test and above are eligible to audition for a featured performance in the show if they are also a registered participant in an MSA group performance.

If you are selected to perform a solo or in a small featured group, your performance music will be provided to you.

• Soloists and featured groups are responsible for their own choreography with their coaches and must provide their own costume
• Costume must be approved by the show director no later than April 7, 2027
• Skaters must be able to show strong progress in their program choreography by April 14 or risk losing their featured number

Audition Form:

Please fill out our Ice Show Audition Form, due March 2, 2027.

All skaters must:

• Prepare a program that is maximum 1-minute 15 seconds
• Complete the Audition Form
• Submit audition music to David Goodman at goodmadn@MiamiOH.edu by March 7, 2027

Soloists and Small Featured Groups Practice Ice

Soloists and featured groups are provided free ice to choreograph and rehearse.

• March 31, April 7, 14, and 21
• Approximate times 6-9 p.m.
