Why Miami?
Miami offers multiple opportunities to allow me to pursue my passions outside of my main study.
How did you choose your major?
I had my major chosen from the start, I have known I have wanted to go into law and political science is the best way for me to get there.
Key Moment at Miami
One specific event that I attended was the Janus Forum event and what I have learned from that has still stuck with me. It was great to be able to hear from a New York Times journalist and former prosecutor. The different perspectives and views was very eye opening.
Another Miami Moment
One of my most memorable classes was introduction to ballroom. This class was so fun and really allowed me to relax and just enjoy the class. We would always learn new moves and if we didn't do it right, we would just laugh it off. There was no embarrassment, just having a good time and dancing with classmates
Advice to Prospective Students
The opportunities are endless, the professors are very caring towards the students and it's a great community of students.
What are your career goals?
Post Grad I plan to go to law school. I want to become an attorney, possibly specializing in real estate law. I would like to open my own private practice one day and possibly be a town attorney.
