Airport Shuttles

Airport Shuttles to and from the Cincinnati airport are offered for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks (only). Professional coach service is provided by Croswell Bus Lines of Williamsburg, Ohio.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Shuttle tickets are to be booked at least one week before travel. Capacity caps may be applied to some shuttles
  • Students can purchase tickets conveniently online using our ticket system. Thanksgiving Break shuttle tickets will be available for purchase on August 15. Additional breaks will be made available for purchase after Thanksgiving.
  • Pricing for Cincinnati airport shuttle tickets is inclusive of rider and luggage. For the best user experience, we suggest purchasing your tickets using a computer rather than a mobile device.
  • Rider Name, cell phone number, Airline, Flight Number and Departure/Arrival times, along with a non-rider Emergency Contact phone number (Parent/Guardian/Other) must be provided when purchasing an airport shuttle ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred prior to scheduled use to another break within the academic year, based on availability. Ticketing Services Provider (Miami University Box Office) is not obligated to refund tickets due to airline issues or weather-related incidents impacting flight schedules.

  • Riders should plan to arrive at airport at least 2 hours before scheduled flight for check-in and security clearance.
  • Riders booked for a specific shuttle have first priority. Riders who missed a previous shuttle may be seated based on availability.
  • Last minute shuttle requests will only be filled if seating is available. Additional buses cannot be added for those who failed to plan in advance.
  • Riders without pre-purchased tickets may travel on returning airport shuttles if seating is available, and must make payment at the bus using DEBIT or CREDIT ONLY via an online link provided by the driver.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to insure booked riders are not left at the airport. However, shuttles are not obligated to wait for passengers in the event of a delayed flight.
  • Croswell Bus Lines buses will be used for airport shuttles. Other marked vehicles may be used on low rider routes.
  • The Box Office contact phone number and email is printed on the face of each return ticket should flight plans change.

My flight times are too early/too late for the scheduled shuttle times to work. What are my other options?

Can I purchase a shuttle ticket to/from an airport without a booked flight?

Yes. Riders connecting to/from local rides may purchase shuttle tickets without providing flight information. Contact the Box Office directly, as this option is not available online.
