Delivering comprehensive training, workshops, and resources on consent, bystander intervention, anti-hazing strategies, and civil rights protections to build a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and ethical conduct that embodies love for one another and honor in our actions.
Conducting prompt, fair, and impartial investigations into reports of violations, applying a preponderance of evidence standard where applicable, and implementing remedies to prevent recurrence, hold accountable those responsible, and address impacts on affected individuals and the broader community.
Partnering with campus stakeholders, including student organizations, athletics, residence life, and law enforcement, to monitor compliance, assess needs, and adapt policies in response to emerging requirements, all while upholding free expression, academic freedom, and due process.
