Investigating and Resolving Complaints

  • Conducting prompt, fair, and impartial investigations into reports of violations, and implementing remedies to prevent recurrence, hold accountable those found responsible, and address impacts on affected individuals and the broader community.

Educating, Collaborating with, and Empowering the Community

  • Partnering with campus stakeholders, including student organizations, athletics, residence life, and law enforcement to deliver comprehensive training, workshops, and resources on consent, bystander intervention, anti-hazing strategies, and civil rights protections.
  • Continually monitoring compliance, assessing needs, and adapting policies all while upholding free expression, academic freedom, and due process to build a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and ethical conduct that embodies love for one another and honor in our actions.
