Kenyetta Lee
Kenyetta Lomax Lee serves as the Senior Project Administrator for ASPIRE at Miami University, where she leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of student development, workforce readiness, and community resilience. With over 20 years of progressive leadership in social work and systemic advocacy, Kenyetta is dedicated to "building the bench" of talent by connecting students across all colleges and majors to high-impact industry projects.
At the core of her work is the belief that a thriving innovation ecosystem requires both visionary ideas and the meticulous detail needed to scale them. Kenyetta oversees the university-wide implementation of Constructive Dialogue, managing a team of peer facilitators who bridge the gap between online learning and real-world application in classrooms and student organizations. Her portfolio at the College@Elm includes developing badging and credentialing programs, managing complex event planning, and embedding wellness and prevention strategies into the programming to foster resilience for both students and the broader community.
Professional Background
Prior to her role with ASPIRE, Kenyetta served as the Associate Director of Training for Miami University’s School-Based Center of Excellence (SBCOE) for Prevention & Early Intervention. In this capacity, she directed statewide training initiatives for K–12 personnel and mental health providers, overseeing the design of micro-credentials and the fiscal management of large-scale professional development calendars.
Her deep expertise in human services was forged during her tenure as the Assistant Director of Field Education for Miami’s Department of Family Science & Social Work and through two decades of leadership at Butler County Children Services. There, she directed quality assurance, supervised large multidisciplinary teams, and authored policies that shaped child protection and foster care at the regional level. A seasoned strategist, she has managed services impacting over 5,000 families and has trained hundreds of professionals to elevate workforce capacity across Ohio.

Kenyetta is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Certified Trainer for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP). Her career is defined by a commitment to equity-focused systems and data-driven decision-making.
