Harriers Volleyball Coaching Staff

 Head Coach: Amy Zecher 

Amy Zecher enters her second season with the Miami Hamilton volleyball program and her first as Head Volleyball Coach after being promoted from Assistant Coach. With more than 13 years of coaching experience at the club, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, Zecher brings a proven track record of player development, program leadership, and recruiting success.

During her first season as an assistant coach, Zecher made an immediate impact on the program's growth both on and off the court. She played a key role in recruiting four incoming freshmen for the 2026 season, including the Madison Courier Player of the Year from Indiana, while contributing to practice planning, skill development, scouting, and overall program operations.

In addition to her collegiate coaching responsibilities, Zecher is the Owner and Girls Club Director of Cincy Storm Volleyball Club. Through her leadership, the club has fostered a culture of accountability, competitive excellence, and athlete-centered development. Her commitment to creating positive experiences for athletes and their families has helped countless players reach their athletic goals and continue their careers at the next level.

A former collegiate volleyball player, Zecher understands the dedication, discipline, and work ethic required to succeed as a student-athlete. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes technical skill development, volleyball IQ, leadership, and personal growth, preparing athletes for success both on the court and in the classroom.

Zecher is passionate about building a championship culture while developing confident, resilient student-athletes. She believes the impact of a coach extends far beyond wins and losses and is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those she mentors.

Away from the court, Zecher enjoys supporting her two daughters in their athletic pursuits and remains actively involved in the local sports community.
