The C. Eugene Bennett Recreation Center (Gym) is available to all Miami Middletown students, faculty, staff, and their guests. Your Miami Middletown ID card is required to use the facility or check out equipment. Lockers and locks are available in the facility for storing your personal items and equipment. The Recreation Center includes a fully-updated weight room, which contains state-of-the-art elliptical and exercise equipment, free weights, exercise cycles, Stair Masters, and treadmills.
The first phase of the updated Bennett Recreation Center was unveiled at the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Re-Opening on October 8, 2015.
Hours of Operation & Procedures
The Bennett Recreation Center will open on August 28.
Hours will be 10-3 Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays
The following procedures will be in place.
MU ID must be scanned to enter/faculty, staff, and students
Social distancing is recommended
