Your Next Steps

To confirm your enrollment, please complete the online Intent to Enroll form and pay the $350 enrollment deposit via your online Applicant Status Page. This enrollment fee is waived for scholarship recipients.

• Once you submit the Intent to Enroll form via your Applicant Status Page and pay your $350 enrollment deposit (waived for scholarship recipients), your confirmation forms will become available within 48 hours on your Applicant Status Page. Once you complete them, you will receive an email with additional information about preparing for the program. All communication regarding the Summer Scholars Program will be sent to your email address.
  
  A parent/guardian is required to submit the Youth Program Participant Information Sheet and Liability Waiver and Release, as well as the Student Code of Conduct Form. If you choose to submit the optional Climbing Wall Waiver, it must also be signed by a parent/guardian. Your parent/guardian will receive a separate email with instructions on how to access and complete these forms. If they do not see the email, they should check their spam or promotions folders.
  
  The required forms are:
  
  
  • Youth Program Participant Information and Liability Waiver Form - signed by parent/guardian
  • Program Travel Form - signed by student
  • Student Code of Conduct Form - signed by student and parent/guardian*
  • Climbing Wall Waiver (optional). - signed by student and parent/guardian*
    * Note: Both the student participant and a parent/guardian must complete the Student Code of Conduct Form and Climbing Wall Waiver using their own individual logins. A parent/guardian cannot sign on behalf of a student, and a student cannot sign on behalf of a parent/guardian.
    
    
• Availability for each module is limited and seats fill quickly. Please submit your enrollment fee and forms as soon as possible to secure a spot in your selected module.
• Scholars who have dietary restrictions should complete Miami's Food Allergy Disclosure Form at least two weeks before the Summer Scholars session begins.

Two payments are required for the Summer Scholars Program:

$350 Enrollment Fee

This amount is due at the time of enrollment and must be submitted along with your Intent to Enroll form. The enrollment fee is waived for scholarship recipients.

$730 Program Fee

This amount is due two weeks before the start of a student's Summer Scholars session. It becomes available to pay 48 hours after a student confirms their enrollment. The program fee is waived for scholarship recipients.
