For each candidate, the following shall be submitted in PDF format to the University Provost's Office via the Executive Assistant to the Provost, Jenn Walter at waltejl2@MiamiOH.edu.
The candidate's tenure and promotion packet
A separate PDF file that contains all previous annual evaluations (tenure only)
Notes
Candidates shall be responsible for providing additional materials as required by the department and/or division.
Hard copies of the candidate's packet including signed application may be required at the department and/or division level.
In the event the Dean makes a negative recommendation, that correspondence should also be sent electronically to the Provost's Office.
