Part-time Instructor

Michael Comstock is an adjunct professor in the Department of Media Journalism & Film. He is currently teaching Copy Writing for Electronic Media. In the past, he has also taught classes in theater. Comstock received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Defiance College. He went on to receive his master’s degree in Theatre and Playwriting from Miami University. Comstock has received a National Addy award for a television campaign, which he wrote and directed. While he is not teaching, Comstock works as a creative director for an advertising agency, and has been a professional writer for 20 years. Comstock lives in Cincinnati, with his wife and two children.
