Go Into the Wild!
Explore field-work opportunities and real-world conservation strategies with the Red Riding Hood Rescue Project!
Set for Saturday, April 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Into the Wild will connect you with an organization dedicated to rescuing and providing lifelong care for wolfdogs. You will:
- Experience a site tour
- Interact with ambassador wolfdogs
- Help build an enclosure
- Discuss forestry management and planning with experienced wildlife professionals
- Hear from current interns about their experiences
This program is designed to help you determine if a career or an internship in wildlife care and land conservation is the right fit for you. Transportation and lunch will be provided. Since space is limited, you must apply to attend.
