Society for Human Resources Management

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at Miami University is dedicated to providing students with connections to human resource professionals through guest speakers, workshops, job shadows, and company visits. It offers many networking and personal development opportunities.

The purpose of SHRM is to educate members about the many facets of human resource management and to provide an organization where like-minded students can learn more about human resource management in the real world through peer interactions at chapter meetings.
